A classic street food staple, Batagor is a deep-fried fish and tofu dumplings served with peanut sauce on top.

Often sold in front of schools and public places, batagor often gives you this warm feeling you get when you're reminded of something from the past that you love dearly. This staple food represents a better, simpler time - we try to evoke this sense of nostalgia by using old traditional elements in a modern way.

A batagor's wonton skin is crispy since it's deep fried, but often times it got soggy because of the peanut sauce. We like to help Batagorilla provide consumers with more convenient snacking option by serving the sauce separately inside a cone. It can then be enjoyed in a practical manner, without loosing any crispiness. This also allows the consumers to choose different levels of spiciness.
